   Otti, you're looking for a flat, aren't you? Look at this ad: two rooms, sixty square metres, with a balcony!

   Toll! Und was kostet sie insgesamt, mit Nebenkosten?

   Translation

   Great! And how much is it in total, with the service charges?

   Ungefähr achthundert Euro. Und die Lage ist sehr zentral.

   About eight hundred euros. And the location is very central.
