   Samstag ist Putztag! Otti, deine Wohnung ist so schmutzig.

   Translation

   Saturday is cleaning day! Otti, your flat is so dirty.

   Otti

   Ich weiß. Zuerst räume ich auf.

   Translation

   I know. First I'll tidy up.

   Frida

   Gut. Die Bücher kommen ins Regal, die Kleidung in den Schrank.

   Translation

   Good. The books go on the shelf, the clothes in the wardrobe.

   Otti

   Und meine Socken? Sie liegen unter dem Sofa.

   Translation

   And my socks? They're under the sofa.

   Frida

   Die wäschst du in der Waschmaschine!

   Translation

   You wash those in the washing machine!

   Otti

   Okay. Und du putzt die Dusche und die Toilette?

   Translation

   Okay. And you'll clean the shower and the toilet?

   Frida

   Ja. Und du putzt den Herd und den Spiegel.

   Yes. And you clean the cooker and the mirror.

   Oh, im Kühlschrank ist ein alter Käse. Er ist grün!

   Translation

   Oh, there's an old cheese in the fridge. It's green!

   Igitt! Der kommt sofort in den Müll.

   Translation

   Yuck! That goes straight in the bin.

    Und der Teppich? Er ist auch nicht sauber.

    Translation

    And the carpet? It isn't clean either.

    Den machen wir zum Schluss. Dann ist alles sauber!

    Translation

    We'll do that last. Then everything is clean!

    Super! Dann ist morgen mein Schlaftag.
