   Yes, please! I study here in Charlottenburg and I'd like to move soon.

   Gut. Ich vermiete gern an Studenten. Der alte Mieter zieht heute aus.

   Translation

   Good. I like renting to students. The old tenant is moving out today.

   Toll! Was muss ich machen?

   No problem. In the evenings I study at a café. At nine I stop and go home.
