   Willkommen in meiner Hütte! Kein WLAN, nur der See und die Stille.

   Translation

   Welcome to my cabin! No Wi-Fi, just the lake and the silence.

   Emil

   Kein WLAN?! Ich muss doch erreichbar sein! Was, wenn eine Benachrichtigung kommt?

   Translation

   No Wi-Fi?! But I have to be reachable! What if a notification comes in?

   Kalle

   Die wartet bis Montag. Du hast sechs Stunden Bildschirmzeit am Tag - das ist fast schon Abhängigkeit.

   Translation

   It can wait until Monday. You have six hours of screen time a day - that's almost an addiction.

   Emil

   Ich bin doch nicht süchtig! Das ist nur eine Gewohnheit … Na gut, ich schalte das Handy ab.

   Translation

   I'm not addicted! It's just a habit … Oh, all right, I'll switch my phone off.

   Und? Wie geht es dir ohne?

   Well? How are you doing without it?

   Ich bin unruhig und greife ständig in die leere Tasche. Und ich langweile mich furchtbar.

   Translation

   I'm restless and keep reaching into my empty pocket. And I'm terribly bored.

   Langeweile ist gut. Man bemerkt plötzlich so viel - hörst du den Specht?

   Translation

   Boredom is good. Suddenly you notice so much - can you hear the woodpecker?

   Ja … Und heute früh habe ich ganz bewusst den Sonnenaufgang genossen. Ohne Foto!

   Translation

   Yes … And this morning I really, consciously enjoyed the sunrise. Without a photo!

   Siehst du? Ohne Ablenkung kommt man endlich zur Ruhe. Das ist Achtsamkeit.

   Translation

   See? Without distractions you finally find peace. That's mindfulness.

    Ich bin richtig nachdenklich geworden. So eine Auszeit brauche ich öfter.

    Translation

    I've become really thoughtful. I need a break like this more often.
