   Meine Bestellung aus dem Onlineshop - eine Pfanne! Aber schau: Der Griff ist abgebrochen.

   Translation

   My order from the online shop - a pan! But look: the handle has broken off.

   Lotte

   Oh nein. Die Ware ist beschädigt angekommen, also kannst du sie kostenlos zurückschicken.

   Translation

   Oh no. The goods arrived damaged, so you can send them back for free.

   Bruno

   Kostenlos? Für die Lieferung habe ich schon sechs Euro Versandkosten bezahlt!

   Translation

   For free? I've already paid six euros in shipping costs for the delivery!

   Lotte

   Die werden dir auch erstattet. Bei einer Rücksendung erhältst du alles in zehn Tagen zurück.

   Translation

   Those will be refunded too. With a return you get everything back within ten days.

   Good idea! I'll put one in the basket right away.

    Oh. Dann nehme ich lieber die schwere aus Gusseisen. Die geht bestimmt nicht kaputt.

    Translation

    Oh. Then I'd rather take the heavy cast-iron one. That one definitely won't break.

    And the huge box?

    In den packe ich die kaputte Pfanne als Paket - und danach wird er ein Bett für Ottis Mittagsschlaf!

    Translation

    I'll pack the broken pan in it as a parcel - and after that it'll become a bed for Otti's afternoon nap!
