   Hallo! Diese alte Lampe an Ihrem Stand gefällt mir. Was kostet sie?

   Translation

   Hello! I like this old lamp on your stall. How much is it?

2. Stallholder

   Die Lampe ist aus den Sechzigerjahren und sehr selten. Ich hätte gern vierzig Euro dafür.

   Translation

   The lamp is from the sixties and very rare. I'd like forty euros for it.

   Otti

   Vierzig Euro für eine gebrauchte Lampe? In welchem Zustand ist sie denn?

   Translation

   Forty euros for a second-hand lamp? What condition is it in?

4. Stallholder

   In einem sehr guten Zustand. Sie leuchtet noch wie neu.

   Translation

   In very good condition. It still shines like new.

   Otti

   Auf dem Flohmarkt darf man doch handeln, oder? Ich würde Ihnen zwanzig Euro anbieten.

   Translation

   You're allowed to haggle at a flea market, aren't you? I could offer you twenty euros.

   Zwanzig? Nein! Die Lampe stammt aus einer Sammlung, die sehr wertvoll war.

   Translation

   Twenty? No! The lamp comes from a collection that was very valuable.

   Und ist das Glas auch echt?

   And is the glass genuine too?

   Natürlich ist es echt! Aber gut, weil Sie so freundlich sind: Mein letztes Angebot ist dreißig Euro.

   Translation

   Of course it's genuine! But all right, since you're so friendly: my last offer is thirty euros.

   Fünfundzwanzig, und ich nehme noch das kleine Bild mit dem Igel dazu.
