   Translation

   Welcome to Köpenick! Today I'll show you the old town.

   Super! Hier ist es ja wie auf dem Land. Ist das noch Berlin?

   Translation

   Great! It's like the countryside here. Is this still Berlin?

   Emil

   Ja! Früher war Köpenick eine eigene Stadt. Es ist weit weg vom Zentrum.

   Translation

   Yes! Köpenick used to be a town of its own. It's a long way from the centre.

   Was ist das große Haus dort am Wasser?

   Translation

   What's that big building over there by the water?

   Emil

   Das ist das Schloss Köpenick. Es ist sehr bekannt. Heute ist da ein Museum.

   Translation

   That's Köpenick Palace. It's very well known. Today there's a museum in it.

   Ein Schloss am Fluss! Wie heißt der Fluss?

   A palace on the river! What's the river called?

   Das ist die Dahme. Und da vorne ist die Lange Brücke.

   Translation

   Ja, die Kirche ist sehr alt. Komm, wir besuchen sie!

   Yes, the church is very old. Come on, let's visit it!
